Helix Crushing Machine

Function :

It is a new type of crushing machine developed by our company ,which is a multifunctional machine of wide usage, such as high output, long service life, outstanding effect, low speed crushing, adjustable outlet. Applicable to natural rubber, all kinds of synthetic rubber. Such as latex products, car inner tube, tire, water ring, soles, gaskets, waste material from rubber factory, sealing fin, conveyor belt, etc.

Work Principle :

This machine consists of the movable blades on the main shaft and the fixed blades in the main body, With the movement of the driving shaft, the rubber material is crushed and cut continuously in the machine by bladesthen the Material is forced to the outlet by the driving shaft, after that the scrapers on the outlet cuts the rubber being extruded into even smaller pieces. The size of the outlet is adjustable to feed different requirements of product size.
